1.Once I’m finished fundraising online, how do I get my rewards?
When your campaign is over (after 3 weeks have passed), we’ll send an email to your parent’s email
address asking them to fill out a form so we can get your mailing address, t-shirt/hoodie size.
That’s why is so important that your parent’s email address is correct!
2.I made a donation online and it’s not showing up on the donation page. What should I do?
Please fill out the form on this page and send us the following information so that we can help you:
Ranger’s Nickname, your email address, the donor’s name and email address, and the amount of the donation.
We’ll get back to you within 2 business days.
3.What other ways can I donate other than with a credit card?
Absolutely! You can donate with PayPal, or you can mail us a cheque payable to Earth Rangers,
and mailed to the following address:

4.What other things can I do to help in addition to my online campaign?
There’s lots! We’re always looking to raise awareness, so sharing on Facebook,
Twitter, and your favorite social networks is a great help. You can also check out the
Take Action section of our
Wild Wire blog – there’s lots of
great activities for kids and their families.
5.How long do I have to fundraise, and what if I need more time?
Each campaign runs for 3 weeks. If you need more time, you can log in to EarthRangers.com and click My Member Details.
You’ll see your current campaign listed, and just beneath that you can click a button to extend your campaign.
6.Is it possible to change the animal I chose when I signed up?
After your current campaign is finished, you can choose a new animal, but you’ll have to wait until the 3 weeks are done.
