HSBC’s Earth Rangers Experience

HSBC has supported the Earth Rangers School Assembly Program since 2011, playing a big role in our mission to create a new generation of conservationists! The program serves as an inspirational experience that teaches kids about the importance of protecting biodiversity, and how our actions can help the planet.

Over the past 11 years, HSBC has sponsored the School Assembly Program in 552 elementary schools, reaching 172,218 students!

Many of these students have gone on to become Earth Rangers members themselves, participating in environmental activities in their homes, schools and HSBC communities across Canada. This is the last year that HSBC is supporting the program and we want to reflect on our partnership as we say goodbye.

In honour of Earth Month, we are asking HSBC employees to share their Earth Rangers experiences with us! Using the form below, tell us what the Earth Rangers program has meant to you. You will automatically be entered into a draw for a chance to win 1 of 5 Earth Rangers prize packs (Frog Plush, Notebook, and Water Bottle), as well as the chance to win a virtual Earth Rangers School Assembly Program for the kid in your life!

The School Assembly Program is a dynamic, fun and interactive hour-long presentation targeted to students in Grades 1-6. The program uses science-based information to educate children about the importance of protecting biodiversity, while highlighting different conservation initiatives across Canada.

*Contest Details: limit of one nomination per person. Nominations will be accepted on the Earth Rangers site between Friday, April 1 and Saturday, April 30, 2022. A total of five (5) Earth Rangers prize packs and one (1) Earth Rangers Virtual School Assembly Program will be awarded. Earth Rangers will contact the winning participants to confirm their location and shipping address and confirm school details. The school must consent to receive the Earth Rangers Virtual School Assembly Program. Should a school decline, the winning participant reserves the right to select an alternative school. Earth Rangers may ask all participants for their permission to share their experiences on Earth Ranges social media.
