You just caught us getting some beauty sleep. We humans need a lot of sleep in order for our brains and bodies to function. In fact, we spend about 1\/3 of our lives asleep, and if someone went without sleep for long enough, it could actually kill them!<\/p>\n<p>Of course, humans aren\u2019t the only ones who need a little shuteye.
