<\/figure><\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\nBut the first time Emma REALLY felt like\nshe needed to protect the planet was a time when she was in the car with her\nmom. She noticed black smoke coming out of a big building. She asked her mom\nwhat it was and learned that it was pollution! She wanted to know more so she\nstarted asking tons of questions (which is an awesome way to learn). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Emma then had a \u201cSave the Planet\u201d birthday\nparty. She wanted to inspire her friends to help the planet too. She even gave\nout flower seeds so her friends could plant their own pollinator gardens. Now\nTHAT\u2019S an awesome loot-bag!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\nEmma then learned about Earth Rangers from\nher mom. She quickly joined up and has been hard at work ever since. \u201cI like\nhelping animals and I want our planet to have better days ahead. My favourite\npart of nature is helping it grow,\u201d <\/em>says Emma.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Emma has completed FIVE Missions so far\n(WOW) and is still going! She plans to tackle the Food Waste Warrior Mission\nnext. She\u2019s asked her whole family to join in, even her cousins! But she hasn\u2019t\nstopped at Missions. She\u2019s also adopted FOUR animals! She\u2019s helped the great\nhorned owl, polar bear, arctic fox, and the Western bumblebee. Way to go, small\nbut mighty Earth Ranger Emma! <\/p>\n\n\n\n
