They provide freshwater for drinking, washing, and farming. Oh, and we can\u2019t forget that rivers are the best places for canoeing, swimming, and just having fun!<\/p>\n\n\n

<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\nSometimes the trash that people leave on the ground ends up on the shore or in the river. That\u2019s a BIG problem for animals like me! We can get tangled up in it or hurt by sharp objects. And have you seen garbage? It\u2019s so colourful! It looks like a tasty treat to us. But if we eat it, it can make us really<\/em> sick! <\/p>\n\n\n Keeping the water clean is super important. That\u2019s why I\u2019m so<\/em> excited about the Shoreline Saver Mission! When you accept this Mission, you\u2019ll learn all about how to have a safe litter clean up with your friends (and some helpful grownups). It\u2019s a great way for you to protect a river near your home.<\/p>\n\n\n With a little help, we frogs (and other aquatic critters) will have a super-healthy and super-clean home, all thanks to YOU!<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n What can you do to help clean up?
