How do I sign up?

 
Download our free Earth Rangers App to your device. Once you have the app on your device, simply open the app and click "Sign Up!" to begin the registration process.

How do I reset my password?

Forgotten your password? Use the password reset on the login screen to reset your password via email.

I lost my membership card. Can I get another one?

 
Yes! To request a new card contact us here. In your request, please confirm the username, Ranger ID, and email used to create the account.

I haven’t received my child’s membership card. What should I do next?

It can take up to 8 weeks from your registration date to process and deliver your child’s personalized membership card.
In order to receive a membership card, you must approve your child’s membership first! Not sure if you have approved your child’s membership yet? You can find out by logging in and viewing the main-profile screen; if you see a blue button above the avatar with the following text ‘"Don't Forget! Activate your account" you have not activated the membership.

How do I use a discount code?

During checkout, you will be able to input the discount code. If the code is specific to a particular item, you will need to ensure the item is in your cart for the code to work.

I need a copy of my tax receipt for the adoption I made.

  Your tax receipt was automatically e-mailed to the address used during the purchase. Please check your junk mail box to ensure it’s not there. If you are unable to find it, we can absolutely send you another copy. Contact us here, and kindly include the following detail in your email inquiry:
  1. Donor name/name given during checkout
  2. Date of purchase

How long does it take to receive an order?

Our team ships orders within 2 - 3 business days. Shipping timelines will depend on your location and the method of shipping you select during checkout.

Absolutely! Please kindly contact our Member Care team here, with the following information:
