Twiggy Tree Art

Looking for a reason to get outside this weekend? Why not make some twiggy tree art! It’s a great way to get some fresh air and make some TREErific art to decorate your room or give to someone close to you!
Here’s what you need:
- Twigs
- White paint
- Blue construction paper
- A paint brush (or use your finger instead)
Here’s how you make it:
Step 1: Gather your twigs! It will be even better if you can make it a family trip to the forest! A walk in the woods is a great way to reconnect with nature and with each other.
Step 2: Once you’ve collected all your items, arrange your twigs to create a leafless but lifelike tree on your paper.
Step 3: Once you’re happy with the placement of your twigs, glue them down and let it dry. Next, grab your paint and start dotting the sky with snowflakes.
Step 4: Finish by painting the ground under the tree. Now your wonderful winter scene is complete. Great job!
