Louie wants to be a wild jaguar, but he doesn’t know how! That’s because he used to live in a place that didn’t give him the chance to do the things jaguars love most — like swimming in water, catching food, and… eating giant popsicles?! But now that he’s at The Wildcat Sanctuary, everything is going to be different. The animal-saving heroes here have a plan to help him reconnect with his wild instincts… and today’s activities might be the coolest ones yet!

The Wildcat Sanctuary
Big cats are majestic, and they deserve to be free. Sadly, some live in captivity, having been illegally purchased. Thanks to The Wildcat Sanctuary in Northern Minnesota, these beautiful cats get to have a second chance at a happy life.
When a big cat arrives at the sanctuary, they’re seen by vets and thoroughly checked. They’re then quarantined to make sure they’re healthy. Finally, they get to live in a large space that allows them to feel wild again. These cats receive enrichment to keep their instincts strong, food to keep their bodies healthy, and love from a team of experts and volunteers.
For giving these fantastic felines a peaceful forever home, we want to give two big paws up to The Wildcat Sanctuary!
