Earth Rangers, we know that you’re some of the biggest trash and recycling experts around, but many people are still getting it wrong. Garbage that’s thrown away carelessly or improperly isn’t just an eyesore; it’s also really dangerous to animals. Critters might mistake trash for a tasty snack or end up entangled in garbage that they encounter in the wild. Garbage makes animals sick and hurt. We, Earth Rangers, knew we had to do something to stop this.
Disposing of garbage properly inspired us to create a mission called Stash the Trash. In it, you’ll learn all there is to know about doing a community clean-up and helping protect animals in your neighborhood. You’ll be able to join thousands of other helpful Earth Rangers who are already making a difference!
And guess what? You can join our Stash the Trash mission just in time for World Conservation Day (July 28)! World Conservation Day is meant to make people more aware of how important nature is, and how it’s everyone’s job to protect the planet for generations to come. So what are you waiting for? Get out there and start stashing that trash properly!
