I haven’t received my child’s membership card. What should I do next?


It can take up to 8 weeks from your registration date to process and deliver your child’s personalized membership card.

In order to receive a membership card, you must approve your child’s membership first! Not sure if you have approved your child’s membership yet? You can find out by logging in and viewing the main-profile screen; if you see a blue button above the avatar with the following text ‘”Don’t Forget! Activate your account” you have not activated the membership.
